Staying Active

This crosses my mind alot of times on how to stay active as a team, I do the Tournaments, Recorded battles, and such too try and keep us together. Most people only come for tournaments and just leave right after. What would happen if we never had tournaments, would half of the people still come to the chat box? I highly doubt it.
School is understandable, we all have/Had to do it. Get that education
But im glad to see some people trying to stay active as possible. What days would you preferably be active? Weekends / or weekdays such as myself?
