If people cannot attend due to time correlations
plz let me know ahead of time so I may decide to change it.

First race will be 12 racers,
then 8, then 4 and so on.
If there are two rooms, there will be
8 (or more) racer, then 4, and so forth.

TOP 4 ADVANCE EVERY TIME.

The rules are highly simple and not hard to follow.
I only try to make this as simple as possible.
